We’re excited to introduce the Quantum Customer Center, a modern, user-friendly platform that replaces the legacy Fundation portal.

This new and improved experience will give you more control, better security, and enhanced functionality—all in one place.

The Quantum Customer Center will replace the Fundation customer portal and will be hosted at www.quantumlends.com. With this upgrade, you’ll be able to:

Make payments on your active loan  

Update bank account details for automatic debits

Request Line of Credit draws

Manage your profile settings with ease

Enjoy a streamlined, mobile-friendly experience

What’s Changing?

Mark Your Calendar: The new Quantum Customer Center launches on June 26, 2025.

Reset Your Password: When the new portal goes live, you’ll be prompted to reset your password using the same email you used for the Fundation portal. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your email. Enter the code, set your new password, and you’ll be ready to access the new Quantum Portal.
