Declined applicant volume should not become lost opportunity

Financial institutions need a scalable second-look pathway to respond to rising decline volume, fair access expectations, and competitive pressure without adding operational complexity.

Manual submissions cannot support modern partner scale

High-volume partners need a faster, more efficient submission model when manual intake starts creating delays, bottlenecks, and avoidable operational drag.

Embedded finance should strengthen the product, not complicate it

Platforms need a practical way to launch lending inside the workflow when customer demand, roadmap priorities, and revenue goals outpace internal lending infrastructure.

Quantum Core gives platforms and engineering teams a production-grade REST API and webhook suite to embed enterprise-grade SMB lending directly into any digital product, without building credit infrastructure, compliance frameworks, or servicing operations from scratch.

How Deployment Works

01Connect via API
02Configure product parameters
03Launch with Quantum support

Connect via REST API and webhooks with your UX, your brand, Quantum’s credit engine, compliance, and servicing running behind it.

From sandbox access to first funded loan in as few as 45 days, with QLS developer support throughout the integration.

Partner Operational Advantages

Speed without compromise:

Sandbox access in 48 hours; sandbox to production in 60–90 days; no months-long infrastructure buildout

Full UX control, zero credit risk:

API-first means partner controls every customer touchpoint. QLS handles underwriting, compliance, and servicing on its own balance sheet.

Compliance built-in:

ECOA/GLBA/TCPA-compliant flows, automated adverse action reason generation, full audit trail, no compliance infrastructure for partner to build.

Revenue from existing flows:

Monetize declined applicants and existing customer base without acquiring new customers or adding balance sheet risk.

Bank-grade reliability:

Built on $7B+ in SMB loan originations across 15 years of lending operations, not a prototype.

FAQ

How long does integration actually take?
Sandbox access is provisioned within 48 hours of agreement. Sandbox certification averages 2–3 weeks for a focused engineering team. Full go-live typically ranges from 60–90 days for Core depending on partner engineering capacity and compliance review. For Ignite, no engineering is required, go-live in 14–60 days. We provide a detailed integration runbook, API schema documentation, and dedicated developer support throughout.
What is your API versioning and stability policy?
QLS uses versioned APIs. Breaking changes are announced a minimum of 60 days in advance. Backward compatibility is maintained within versions. We publish a changelog and version deprecation timeline with every release, and partner engineering leads are notified directly of any upcoming changes affecting their integration scope.
What does your API actually cover end-to-end, pre-qualification through funding?
Quantum Core's REST API is designed to cover the full origination lifecycle: pre-qualification, application submission, document collection, underwriting decision, offer presentation, e-signature, funding notification, and post-funding status webhooks. Specific endpoint coverage is documented in the developer portal. We walk your engineering team through the full API reference in a 60-minute technical discovery call.
Our engineering team is fully stretched. What is the real engineering lift on our side?
Core integration typically requires 4–6 weeks of focused engineering time for one developer. Post-launch maintenance is approximately 2–4 hours per month for version monitoring and minor updates. For Flex, the lift depends on modules selected. For Ignite, the engineering lift is zero, only branding assets and program configuration required.
What is your uptime SLA? We need guaranteed availability for a production lending product.
QLS maintains production monitoring with defined incident response SLAs. Specific uptime commitments are documented in the partner service agreement and are available for review before signing. We share our production monitoring infrastructure overview and incident response runbook in the technical evaluation process.
